As an attorney with over 40 years experience, I am knowledgable about many areas of law, including, but not limited, to estate planning, probate, family law, real estate, corporate and civil matters.  I charge reasonable fees. I am located in Oakwood, south of downtown Dayton. 

Fixed-Price Services and Fees

I offer a free consultation on probate matters only.  My rate is $225.00/hour.  I bill in quarterly hour increments.  I will apply consultation time towards your flat fee based on our consultation if you choose me to represent you.
